Best of 2025
It’s that time of year again when I sit down and reflect on what has been another amazing year of shooting weddings. I’ve been doing this for 12 years now and i’m still as grateful as ever to be part of so many incredible celebrations. Aside from actually being present at these occasions, I’ve found that one of the bits I enjoy about this job the most is sitting down and choosing my ‘Best Of’ each year. During the busy summer madness of wedding season, it’s often easy to forget to take stock, and in doing this task, it’s a therapeutic reminder of how many magical and important moments i’ve been privileged enough to witness and capture and that what I do hopefully holds real value to my couples.
In an industry where trends and styles change over time, reflecting on my images each year reminds me that I am ultimately and consistently drawn to capturing real moments of joy and emotion. Every year I strive to improve in my craft and aim to produce work that is of the highest possible quality, providing my couples with a carefully considered and curated gallery they can enjoy for years to come.

As I reflect on another year of photographing weddings, I am grateful for all the amazing couples who have entrusted me to capture their special day. Each one a unique opportunity to tell a beautiful story.
I strive to capture moments that are timeless and filled with joy. From the emotional exchange of vows to the dance floor action, every detail is important to me. I approach each wedding with an editorial eye, creating images that are both artistic and authentic.
Working with couples who value photography as much as I do is always a privilege. The love and connection I witness so frequently inspire me to create images that are both beautiful and meaningful. I am grateful for the opportunity to be a part of these moments and to create memories that will last a lifetime.

It’s been another amazing year of capturing joy! Thanks to the pandemic (let’s not mention that ever again hopefully!) it’s been extremely busy due to the last of the postponements, but fingers crossed its now behind us!
I know I say it every year, but I want to say a huge thank you to all of my couples for letting me be part of their wedding. You all put a lot of trust in me and I feel privileged to be there sharing these beautiful moments with you, I definitely don’t take it for granted. I really do love my job!

Back!
2020 didn’t really warrant a ‘Best Of’ post, because, let’s face it, Covid pretty much ruined everyone’s plans. But after many hard months of postponements and rescheduling 2021 really didn’t disappoint! Yes it was crazy busy and a little overwhelming at times but oh so worth it!
2021 also contained another big life milestone - the birth of our second baby Rafferty! He’s been a little dream so far so it’s only fair that the first photo in this post should be from his very first few moments on earth (and also one of my favourite photos I’ve ever taken).
I don’t really have much else to say apart from I missing shooting weddings terribly when we were in lockdown - just look at the pure, unadulterated, moments of joy I get to capture with all my lovely couples and their friends and family!
